Dr. Sam Santoro joined Di Benedetto Solutions, Inc. (DBS) in 2025 as a per diem consultant. Prior to joining DBS, Samuel Santoro, D.O. was named President and CEO of Sutter East Bay Medical Group, affiliated with Sutter East Bay Medical Foundation, in 2011. In this role, Dr. Santoro helped guide the rapid growth, expansion and cultural development of the Sutter East Bay Medical Group, a multi-specialty medical group consisting of over 450 physicians and advanced practice clinicians covering more than 25 specialties, both ambulatory and inpatient.

CONSULTANT

Pamela ("Pam") Marino

Pamela (Pam) Marino joined Di Benedetto Solutions, Inc. (DBS) in 2025.  Prior to joining DBS, Pamela served as the Chief Legal Officer for Sutter Health, a 15B enterprise with more than 55,000 employees.  In this role, Ms. Marino was responsible for the delivery of legal services and associated programs across a variety of disciplines, including Complex Litigation, eDiscovery, Contracting, Labor & Employment, Managed Care/Government Payers, Strategic Transactions and Plans/Networks, among others.  Ms. Marino was a key contributor to the favorable jury verdict in the Sidibe v. Sutter Health antitrust trial, which received significant national attention.  She has also spoken extensively on healthcare regulatory matters over the course of her 25 years as a healthcare attorney.  Most recently, Ms. Marino served as Sutter Health’s Interim General Counsel and previously as a Chief Compliance Officer.
