Pam Marino
Pamela Marino is a highly accomplished and enterprising leader with a proven track record of designing sustainable risk-reduction programs that deliver meaningful cost savings and risk avoidance. She has been recognized throughout her career for her exceptional organizational leadership, strategic project execution, and team development. Pamela brings additional expertise in organizational design, successfully navigating numerous restructuring and realignment initiatives.
Pamela joined DiBenedetto Solutions, Inc. (DBS) in 2025 and currently serves as Principal Healthcare Consultant. She designs and delivers leadership training and education for C-Suite, boards, and key management leaders. Additionally, she conducts assessments and designs action plans and strategies to increase key performance metrics. She collaborates with senior leadership to execute organizational design changes and advance programmatic improvements. She also works with executive leadership to organize strategic retreats and develop measurable goals aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
Before joining DiBenedetto Solutions, Inc. in 2025, Pamela served as Chief Legal Officer at Sutter Health from 2021 to 2025 and Interim Senior Vice President and General Counsel from 2023 to 2024, where she was responsible for all legal and risk management decisions. During this role, she served as the Corporate Secretary and advisor to the Board of Directors.
Pamela was a key contributor to the favorable outcome in the Sidibe v. Sutter Health antitrust trial and has spoken extensively on healthcare regulatory matters throughout her 25+ years as a healthcare attorney.
Pamela began working for Sutter Health in 1999 as an Associate/Supervising Counsel. She progressed through leadership roles (including Interim Chief Compliance Officer) before being promoted to Vice President of Legal Operations in 2010.
Throughout her career, Pamela has served in several governance and board positions, including as Corporate Secretary to the Sutter Health Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary for Sutter Health Network, and Corporate Secretary to Sutter Insurance Services Corporation (SISCO). Here, she advised leadership on issues and provided strategic guidance and risk-reduction strategies. Additionally, she has served on community-based boards, including Families First and the Sacramento Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce.
